I think it is safe to assume that anything Meguirs makes is safe to use. I am currantly using a bottle of the Gold Class Shampoo and Conditioner. I am happy with it, although the suds don't seem to last as long as some other stuff I have used.

So no difference, all the same product.

Meguiars Gold Class Car Auto Shampoo & Conditioner Long Lasting Sudds Lotion is (FOR THE MONEY) the best out there. There are car washes such as Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo that are better, but cost 4 times and much.
