This might just be another meaningless thread to some but I couldn't stop laughing at myself. I've been so anal on the detailing of my new bimmer that I waxed my liscense plate the other day

Do I need help ? Have I gone over the deep end Have you guys any strange habits with your cars that you didn't do with your non-bimmers?

Its just that my 325 Ci is sooo sweet , i can't get over it ..( maybe I should look for a 1-800 number or a support group for my addiction lol

I have waxed my plate in the past. I do so so that the expiration sticker is easily removed when I renew my tags. I also have my plates under clear plastic covers. I actually do this with all my cars, even non-BMW's.

I have never waxed a license plate. I probably won't start now either.

Never waxed my plate, but my car is the only neat thing I own. That's saying a LOT if you know me.

Never wax my plate. Never let my plates rust. Nothing worse than seeing a nice shiney car with a rusted plate.

Bad idea to clean your plates, if you need to get away from cops fast, and you have clean plates it's easier to see them. Always keep them a little dusty and dirty, just in case
