Zaino Application Questions

Hey,

So two week-ends ago, I applied two coats of Zaino as per my 3-month schedule. While applying the two coats, I practiced the "use as little as possible" technique and I think I have it down, but I just have one big problem which made me use almost 2 ounces per coat again anyways, lol. The problem is that when I'm using as little as possible, it's very hard to tell what parts of the car I have Zaino-ed and what parts I have not. This made me uncomfortable and I felt like I missed some spots or something, so I ended up applying Zaino on the same areas all over again, using the amount I normally use. Does anybody have any tips they can help me out with when applying as little Zaino as possible? No doubt I was applying it properly, but it was just hard to see what parts of each section had Zaino and what parts I still did not do.

For those of you who don't know, I'm asking this because the proper way to apply Zaino is by using as little as humanly possible. The less you use, the better this stuff works, believe it or not (you'll get a better, deeper shine).

Thanks,

I always start on the same part of the car when polishing, waxing, claying or Zanio'ing..., that way you get in a "routine" and know where you are at.

I only use 1/4oz on my cars when applying zaino and have has great results uning a foam pad ot the MicroFiber pads I carry.

One "trick" is to only "wet" 1/2 of the pad to apply and the other 1/2 to hold onto.

Before applying, make sure to "treat" the applicator with Z-6, it will make the Z polish go on easier as well as moisten the pad.

Hope this helps...,
If you need more "Z" info, let me know:)
