radio code NOT WORKING!!

I bought my 94 525 wagon month ago, every thing is fine untill today I accidently let the battery die with light on parking and after jump started radio asks for "CODE" I then entered the correct 5 digits #,and it only responsed beep sound and not seeing any change still "CODE", I again left it for an hour according to manual after 3 times enter, then redo the code again NO LUCK!? Any one....

......repunched 3 -4 times not working... and drive for a while came home park the car before turn Off engine gave it another try!! IT WORKS!! SAME CODE THAT I ENTERED FOR OVER 20 TIMES IN 2 DAYS......[driving2]
