'98 528i

My dad has a 1998 528 and he might give/sell it to my brother but, it's aspen silver and a '98 what kind of modifications should he do? I'm trying to get him to paint it first because in the shade it is purple. I would tell him just to get some dianan upgrades, but he's 16 and he can't afford them. Any suggestions?

At 16 he probably doesn't need any mods. But to get any HP upgrades he will have to spend some money. The I6 in the 528 is pretty much rung out. He can get about 20-25 hp with CAI, chip and exhaust.

Well, considering his age, you might maybe consider a downgrade ?

No it's still a '98 if i can get a '01 X5 then he can get a 4 year old car
