to wreck a warranty, they have to prove the part the aftermarket part caused the damage. Wheels likely won't do anything. I can't possibly imagine what aftermarket wheels could cause damage too.

People buy Dinan b/c their parts don't affect BMW's warranty. Dealer's can be jerks about aftermarket stuff, but most of Dinan's stuff has been officially accepted by BMW itself. Only the forced induction stuff like superchargers won't be covered by BMW. The chip and suspension pieces should be covered. BMW even allows certain dealers to sell and install Dinan parts, kinda like how there are FOrd dealers who sell Saleen (I think it's them) parts/cars.

Here's what Dinan says about warranty on their website.

Product support is another important aspect of the Dinan philosophy since we insist on equaling the after-sale service and support that BMW owners expect.

With that in mind, we offer the best warranty available anywhere.

Dinan's warranty matches whatever period remains on the individual New Vehicle Limited Warranty for up to 4 years or 50,000 miles. Exceptions are turbocharged, supercharged or stroker engines for which a Dinan Drivetrain Warranty is available.

Our current 2 year/unlimited mileage warranty applies to products installed on those vehicles no longer covered by the manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

And the installation of Dinan products will not affect your new car warranty coverage. So you are covered mile to mile, year to year and bumper to bumper

Putting in aftermarket stuff won't void ur warranty. Worst case scenario is that if something goes wrong they won't fix the problem if they determine that the aftermarket part is what is causing the problem.
